Quintin Watts Sentenced.

Quintin Watts, the parolee bus driver whose roll-over wreck in Colusa County killed 11 people was sentenced yesterday. He was given 26 years and 4 months. That means the 56 year old just may get out of prison at about the limit of his normal life expectancy, assuming he hits is minimum early parole date. Of course, with the excellent health care and nutritious meals provided for him free of charge, he might exceed the normal life expectancy considerably.

Prison must be a good place. So many prisoners just keep on coming back.
