Ok, CDC Parole is gonna take it on the chin (and in the ass) over this and it is deserved. HOWEVER, the Feds allegedly supervised Garrido for the first EIGHT YEARS of her captivity. Why was she not discovered then? Who's heads will roll in the Federal Parole Administration? Both departments should share equal responsibility for this fiasco.
Why was this clown out on the streets to begin with? He should have been serving his 50 year federal sentence!

Garrido is not believed to have murdered anyone. Kidnap and rape are no longer death penatly issues. He will probably rot in prison, but he will not be executed, at least not by official action.
